Dan Kennon

Dan Kennon is an accomplished baseball hitting instructor with a decade of coaching experience and a distinguished playing career. Originally from New Mexico, he honed his skills at IMG Academy in Florida. 

Collegiately, Dan earned Mid-Florida All-Conference honors at Seminole State College and Pima Community College before playing Division I baseball at New Mexico State University. Professionally, he excelled as a third baseman for the Bloomfield-Birmingham Beavers in the United Shore Professional Baseball League in Utica, Michigan, earning two All-Star selections.

From 2017 to 2025, he served as Hitting Director at Elite Baseball Training in Chicago, where he led innovative, technology-driven hitting programs for athletes ranging from youth to Olympians and professionals. Recognized as one of the Midwest’s top coaches, Dan focuses on blending advanced swing mechanics with mental preparation and mindset training to help players achieve their goals.
